HOW DO I MAKE MY ORDER?
To purchase one of our products, simply click on a product collection and select an item. Click on your chosen sunglasses for more information and add the item to your shopping basket by selecting ‘add cart’. You can see the sunglasses you’ve selected by clicking on ‘Cart’ in the top right corner. To check out, simply select ‘Check Out’ and follow the prompts. You will need your payment details and billing address to complete your purchase.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
CHRISTIANAHJONES is proud to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal. We are unable to accept cash, cheques or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.). You will be debited once you have completed the ‘Check Out’ process. The transaction will appear on your statement as ‘CHRISTIANAHJONES’. Please note that if your order has failed, the payment taken out of your account is pending and has not actually been debited. This will automatically go back to your account according to your bank’s policies.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE CHRISTIANAHJONES PRODUCTS DISPLAYED IN?
CHRISTIANAHJONES sunglasses are displayed in GBP on our website by default. If you click on Currency in the homepage, you can change the currency based on your location. This will change to your own currency at shopping and checkout once the billing address section has been completed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you allow refunds/returns?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges unless item is faulty which would need to be raised via studio@christianahjones.com with supporting images and information. Please keep in mind that colours will appear different on individuals depending on skin tone, For this purpose we will not allow refunds. to try the glasses on for sizing, please refer to our stockists list to find a store near you, or, alternatively, measurements are displayed in the information section when clicking on one of our products. Please note there is a slight difference in size between our slim shady 1.0 and slim shady 2.0. items can be replaced or exchanged for sizing purposes. CHRISTIANAHJONES.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
ORDER ISSUES
How can I reach your Customer Service team and when should I expect a response?
For customer service inquiries only, please email studio@christianahjones.com. Our Customer Service team is available M-F 10:00am - 9pm BST. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue.
I have not received my order confirmation, did my order go through?
Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact our customer service team studio@christianahjones.com if you have not received your confirmation email 24 hours after your purchase.
I can't track my order?
Please allow one day for information to be updated on your tracking link sent to you in your confirmation email. If this is still the case, please contact us for further investigation.
Can I make changes to my order once it’s been placed?
Orders may be cancelled, but cannot be changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order.
I have received my order and need some additional assistance.
Please contact our Customer Service Team at studio@christianahjones.com to enquire for damaged products or to report other issues with your order. We will review all issues that are submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this time frame are no longer eligible for review. Customers must provide photos of any product/order issues along with their order confirmation.
Where is my order?
Please note that once your order leaves our warehouse, CHRISTIANAHJONES is no longer responsible all orders shipped. However, if you still have not received your order after 2 weeks of placing it, please check your tracking details contained in your confirmation email. if your order has failed delivery, it will be held at your local depot for 18 days so please check with your local postal services - this information will be displayed in your tracking information.
If your order has been returned to us, please contact studio@christianahjones.com. At this point, you will be asked to pay for postage again in order to re-deliver your parcel. unclaimed orders that have not been enquired after 30 days of placing the order will, unfortunately, no longer be eligible for review or assistance.
DELIVERY
When will my package be delivered?
Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
Once shipped, delivery time within the United Kingdom is 1-3 days and 5-12 business days internationally. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and all orders placed with express delivery will be shipped via FedEx. (Please refer to confirmation email for further questions on this.)
Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from our mail carriers to international mail carriers.
I am an international customer; do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Items shipped outside of the United Kingdom are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by CHRISTIANAHJONES. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY / ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
Please note: VAT CHARGES ARE ADDED AUTOMATICALLY FOR ALL CUSTOMERS BASED IN THE EU/ U.K.
Our U.K. delivery rates are: £4 Standard Delivery (shipped First Class).
For International orders: £10-15 with tracked delivery.
